We kicked off the year with the launch of the Automatic DSP Refunds feature, adding $0.29 per order sent to third-party platforms—keeping delivery operations smooth, profitable, and customer-friendly.

February marked our first big drop: the DSP API, seamlessly connecting restaurants with delivery providers and unlocking smoother delivery operations.
🚦 March – High-Volume Traffic
We hit the road hard this month, attending back-to-back industry events and delivering fresh insights—like our Super Bowl spotlight on pizza brands.
🚚 April – Delivering Solutions
April brought a big delivery: the launch of the Catering Delivery eBook, packed with strategies to help restaurants and caterers boost success in the delivery space.
👩💻 May – Innovation in Action
In May, ezCater showcased our P.F. Chang’s case study at the Innovation Lab during FODC, highlighting how our partnership optimized catering solutions and drove innovation. We also integrated with DeliverThat, offering even more flexibility for our clients.
We went international! August saw Cartwheel crossing borders and opening new delivery lanes for clients around the globe: The UK, Canada, and Ireland, where to next?
🌉 September – Building Delivery Bridges
We teamed up with Relay, strengthening our network and enhancing delivery solutions to bridge more businesses and customers in NY.
⚙️ October – Fine-Tuning the Fleet
Delivery.com officially joined the Cartwheel network as a client, bringing their network of over 12,000 businesses on board—marking a major enterprise milestone. We also announced our partnership with Mr. Jim’s Pizza, earning Cartwheel a major spotlight in Uber Eats’ publication.
🌭 November – The Ultimate Catering Delivery
We launched Dispatch for Catering, Cartwheel’s ultimate platform for optimizing catering operations. With Toast POS integration, we’re streamlining delivery workflows and boosting efficiency for restaurants doing catering.
🛬 December – Smooth Landings
We ended the year with Wings Over, one of many new Toast restaurants joining the Cartwheel family—capping off 2024 with a fleet of milestones and big wins.
