Hancock’s wealth of operational expertise will be instrumental in guiding Cartwheel’s strategic initiatives. He has held roles at Sweetgreen, where he oversaw off-premises operations, pioneering new marketplace delivery, outpost, and catering models, as well as Instacart, where he managed daily operations and drove substantial revenue growth.
